EMAIL 1: Be the change
SUBJECT: Be the change...
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
I hope your world is looking brighter.
While it’s not really useful to pretend we haven’t been through trauma lately, our circumstances have given most of us time to reflect on where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re going.
No one is predicting we’re going to go back to exactly where we were just a few months ago.
So, we can expect change. That said, I love the words of Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” Perhaps this is a perfect time to do just that.

EMAIL 2: Quarantining with kids
SUBJECT: Is this a great opportunity, or what?
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
There’s a quote by an anonymous author that’s been sticking in my mind these days. It seems as though it was meant for this exact time in our lives:
You will never look back on life and think, "I spent too much time with my kids."
While the COVID-19 pandemic is bringing hardships to a lot of people, it’s also bringing families closer together. That’s great... and a little frightening.
Quite frankly, most people who are self-quarantining themselves aren’t used to so much time with the kids. We don’t know what to do after the kids have finished their online school work other than turning on the TV, and that’s not really spending time with them, is it?
If you’re at a loss for activities that involve your children, you might want to try this site.
What’s your favorite activity with your kids?
Have a great day,

EMAIL 5: Optimist
SUBJECT: Are you an optimist?
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
Has anyone ever called you an optimist, and you wondered if it was really true?
According to Winston Churchill,
“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
Let’s face it: We’re in the midst of difficult times, which presents a myriad of opportunities to help other people.
If you’d simply like to talk with someone, call me (ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER HERE).
All the best,

EMAIL 6: Adapting
SUBJECT: A temporary blip or a new way of living?
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
Is the Coronavirus pandemic a passing interruption in our lives, or are we on the brink of a paradigm shift in our way of living?
The latter scenario may seem challenging, if not downright scary to a lot of people. Don’t count evolutionary anthropologists among those who find it particularly frightening. They see humans adapting to a new way of life, using a variety of creative solutions to come together, even when done remotely. Read this article from “The New Yorker" as it dives into their thoughts.
After you read the article, I’d love to know your thoughts.

EMAIL 8: Can Do
SUBJECT: The Can-Do Attitude
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
There are a lot of things I can’t do today. I can’t go out to eat. I can’t go to the movies. I can’t go to any concerts, plays, sporting events, or even hang out with my friends.
As I was feeling down, thinking of all the things I can’t do, I thought of a quote by one of the greatest college basketball coaches of all time, John Wooden:
“Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.”
From now on, I will concentrate on all the things I can do.
What’s on your list of things you can do today?
Stay safe, stay healthy.

SUBJECT: Hope on the other side of the window
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
We’re reminded every day of the toll COVID-19 takes on our world. It can be pretty overwhelming.
These days, it’s more important than ever to hear stories of hope that inspire us. Nic Brown from rural Ohio has one such story. Check out his story by visiting this link and watch the video for a story that will warm your heart. Know that there are dedicated men and women working tirelessly, putting their own lives on the line, to help us find our own window of hope.
If you have any inspirational messages you would like to share, please email, call or text me at (ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER HERE).
We’ll get through this together, knowing it’s windows and not walls that separate us.

EMAIL 11: How are you doing?
SUBJECT: How are you doing?
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
How are you doing? Seriously.
Was it only a few months ago that Covid-19 wasn’t even a part of our vocabulary?
Now we’re thinking about it almost 24/7; it seems we can’t get it out of our minds. But if there’s one thing history has taught us, it’s that things change. As Robert H. Schuller, the American author, speaker, and pastor once said, “Tough times never last, but tough people do.”
I just happened upon his quote, but I found it really inspiring. I thought maybe you would, too.
If you come across any quotes you want to share, I love to hear them.
Stay tough,

EMAIL 13: COVID-19 and Real Estate
SUBJECT: COVID-19 and Real Estate
Hi, (ADD FIRST NAME HERE)
It’s true. We live in a strange time where uncertainty feels certain. With the 24/7 news cycle, it isn’t very easy to break away to feel the GOOD in life. So, today, I wanted to bring that GOOD to your email inbox.
No matter what happens, I believe that there’s so much GOOD in the world around us. This is a time where we can help one another and show kindness and love. We’re in this together, and we will overcome it together.
Please always consider me a resource on real estate and the housing market. I’m living that promise to you today. Below, you’ll find several helpful tips and answers to common questions. If you have a specific question, simply reply to this email to let me know.
COVID-19 and Real Estate
Remaining aware of what is happening and being armed with correct information is critical during this time. COVID-19 is a concern, but our local real estate market remains strong. Each and every person needs a place to call home, and it’s my mission to make sure that I am serving you and our community by ensuring that the home buying and home selling processes are seamless and stress-free.
No matter what happens, homes will continue to be bought and sold. Homes will continue to be wise investments. Locally, showings and offers on listings remain strong, and buyers continue to take advantage of record-low interest rates.
Interest Rates: Should I Refi My Home Mortgage?
In the past few weeks, mortgage interest rates have been at historic lows, dipping into the 2% range earlier in March of this year. Currently, rates have rebounded due to the very high volume of mortgage refi applications. As a general rule of thumb, if your interest rate is at 4% or below, it’s not likely that a refi will benefit you unless you decide to refi on a 15-year term. However, if your rate is above 4%, you may want to consider refinancing. Please be sure to consult with a mortgage lender professional about your particular situation. Do you need lender recommendations? Reach out to me anytime.
I will continue to provide the best service I can–you have my word on that. I appreciate your support and referrals so much.
